Leadership and Formation Year
Raising set-apart leaders for God’s glory and the world’s good
The Lord’s Hill Leadership and Formation Year is a one year scheme, with a focus on raising up set-apart leaders for God’s glory and the world’s good. The LFY is aimed at people wanting to spend a year focused on their discipleship formation, leadership development, and vocational calling. It includes ministry experience, theological input, community engagement, and lots of fun!
Our hope for those on the Lord’s Hill Leadership and Formation Year is to:
Grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus: Being with him, becoming like him, and doing the things he did.
Become equipped for mission and ministry in Lord’s Hill Church and across our city.
Develop a sense of calling and vocation.
There will be opportunities to take part in theological and discipleship training in both group and classroom format, as well as develop the knowledge and skills needed for the ministry you are exploring.
The LFY is run in conjuction with Saint Mary’s Church and you will spend Mondays and Tuesday mornings alongside those on the LFY who are based at Saint Mary’s. There are also several connection points across the year with the wider HTB Network.
Application information can be found below, the deadline to apply is 31st March 2026.
